At The Cincinnati Society of Hermetic Fellowship - Friendship & Study Group, our main goal is the study of the Hermetic Arts & Sciences. However, we welcome people of the various magical arts, cultural beliefs, and other abilities (Witches, Druids, Ceremonial Magicians, Chaos Magicians, Norse Pagans, Esotertic Christians, Energy Workers, folks of the Clairvoyant Practices, and the list goes on).

With that said, not everyone gets a seat at the table. While we are an open-minded group of individuals, we also need to make sure the "group energy" is preserved. We do not participate or practice anything related to the darker side of magic. All Aspirants will undergo an interview process in order to make sure it's a good fit for both sides.

1. Monthly in-person and various digital meetings consisting of training & education.

2. Monthly newsletter informing of upcoming events.

3. Sense of Belonging to a Community, to a Brotherhood/Sisterhood - in a place where Magical Practitioners can come together to share practices and learn from one another.

4. A Sanctuary of Friendship and Camaraderie with like-minded people who share similar interests.

Termination of Membership

1. Although we have minimal rules, it is critical that they be followed. Failure to do so will result in termination of membership.

2. Our rules center around having respect for each and every Member. They are detailed in the bylaws.

Minimum Membership Qualifications

1. Must be 18 years of age or older

2. Live a good social and moral life

Application for Membership

1. All Aspirants undergo an interview process and background check. Please note that not everyone receives an invitation for membership.

2. First, the aspirant will send an email of inquiry to hermetics@mailbox.org

3. Aspirant will then wait for an email response from Administration containing a questionnaire.

4. Upon receipt of the questionnaire, Administration will begin the official interview process.

5. The next step in the process would be an in-person interview.

6. Should the Aspirant be accepted for Membership, he/she will be contacted for next steps.

7. Members pay monthly dues of $10.00.
